Teaching blogging in Ireland

EIRE -- Antoin O Lachtnain wants to get more people blogging. I endorse that.

The short course would include

How blogs work
How aggregation saves time
Controlling spam
Staying within your budget
Hosting options
Writing for the web
Editing templates
Adding photos
Moblogging techniques

We could support this in our Moodle Virtual Learning Environment but we need some power users who would like to play the part of "guest tutors" in the process.
