City TV Dublin
SUNDAY TRIBUNE -- David Harvey is seeking to raise €1.2m for his new City TV venture that plans to broadcast a niche service in Dublin. City TV will be carried by NTL digital. The station will have short, sponsored and paid-for programming covering areas such as property, motoring and shopping.
Shows will be about 15 minutes long.
NTL Digital has 90,000 subscribers in Dublin, adding around 6,500 new customers per quarter.

I applaud this campaign as it fits with my vision of making Lifeskills available 24/7 for the widest possible audience.
