Return to fitness

Along River SpreeKILKENNY -- Something in the smell of forsynthia while in Berlin encouraged me to return to fitness. I couldn't help but notice how every major street intersection featured a health spa, fitness studio or work-out centre in East Berlin. It is almost as though when the wall fell, the fitness craze began. At least that's the way it appeared to me while walking the main streets and along the riverbanks. It's time to integrate the incentive into my daily routine. That will be a major challenge as I must lose two stone to regain my fleet feet.
