Only gray hairs print emails

STRATEGY-BUSINESS -- Theoretically, the technology skills of our newest cohort on our BSc in multimedia have the potential to make the youngest class the most proficient at absorbing information, making decisions quickly, and multitasking.

Their supervisors often need to touch the technology, so they do things like browse a page at a time and they print out e-mails. It's important that senior staff appreciate how young employees can be an enormous force for positive change.
