The Creative Vado HD is the only pocket video camera to feature high quality HDMI connectivity and an included HDMI cable that provides 1080i output to an HDTV.
The Vado offers a lovely colour balance during average shots. It tends to favour skin tones, which is what I need. It has a wide angle lens--something you need if you're trying to get people in a cluster around an object. It can record two hours and longer if you replace batteries. It recharges via USB and that's handy.
It has some problems. Its audio is treble muted from behind. Like a lot of cameraphones, it tends to find and focus on the brightest things.
