EVERY YEAR, I consider ways to improve my efficiency. Every year, the holidays conspire to make me flabby. This year, I'm going to approach the Christmas holidays with a routine that involves writing things down, reviewing them and focusing on results. It's all part of a good structured routine that should get me more rest by ensuring I have quality sleep.
