CLONMEL -- Although I know I shot more than a gigabyte of images during the 3490 miles we traveled in past fortnight, I won't pretend they're all worth uploading and sharing. Some of the hundred I've uploaded to Flickr show the massive desolation of the American southwest--including places where you never hear a mobile phone. If you want to escape technology, go backwards and land on US Highway 50. Every hour you travel east from Lake Tahoe puts you back at least one decade in time. Some of my Flickr pictures prove this point.
Not all images come from our recent trip to the desert southwest.
