HERE IN IRELAND I cannot hear satellite radio. So I haven't heard Evil Dave, the Wack Packers, Farters and Strippers on Sirius. But wait! I can get several podcasters who give me some of the flavour of American satellite radio. The numbers surprise me--a market of 44m subscribers by 2010 and a churn rate of 1.5%, well below that of Sky television. For now, I have to be satisfied listening to the American podcasters who share some free audio alongside their airtime on Sirius channel 103.
