WE HAVE CONTENT that we cannot use in our virtual learning environment. The issues are spelled out by the Publishers Association and the Joint Information Systems Committee in a paper published by the University of Lancaster. We have content that we could harvest electronically but respect for the people and the space often weigh against capturing the moment through viewfinders or microphones. The Irish discussion gets a little animated and has help inform the judgment of third level multimedia students. Props to all those who contributed to elevating the discussion. The ideas form part of a large question about the methods of gathering and vetting user-generated content.
