TIPPERARY INSTITUTE NOW offers a BSc in Computing in Smart Sustainable Energy and the four-year honors degree programme is on the CAO. The sustainable energy degree offers a clear and concise answer to the question pundits often pose, "What kind of training exists for the smart economy?" There is also a three year ordinary degree in the same area. Both education programmes are cleverly positioned to take advantage of the exciting opportunities (Internationally and Nationally) that exist to maximise energy efficiency and renewable energy through the use of software and IT applications.
