Frank correctly accuses me of being too mired in social media to effectively handle e-mail. Noted. I did my own checking and discovered interesting viewing habits that Frank shares with my DVD collection. Hence, the screenshot accompanying this post.
Remarkably, I never formally asked Frank to talk to the OpenCoffee crew. He heard me moot the idea on Twitter and rang me, using the phone number in my Twitter profile. This entire "booking process" confirms something that most of the Limerick OpenCoffee regulars know--that Frank Hannigan knows how to get to the purser in fewer clicks than anybody using social media in Ireland. He'll share some of those thoughts today, in the same room used by the PBS crew to record the announcement of Dell closing Limmerick's factory and in the same venue used by 17 ex-Dell employees to earn a Certificate in Web Promotion for Business through LIT this year.
