I RETURNED FROM #smdCork with a renewed interest in getting my Sunday newsround out to the masses before noon on Sundays. Thank you, John Peavoy, Branedy and Pat Phelan.
I feel guilty making these audio and video clips about the broadsheets because people have told me that I'm a major reason why they no longer purchase a Sunday paper. (If I was a publisher I wouldn't worry because fewer than 30 people watch my Sunday clips when they're uploaded.) I'll keep doing the ones I'm making because I've a new studio assistant (see the video) and he enjoys eating the pages. I've also discovered a local special twist (i.e., getting free coffee while doing my long reads in a Cashel venue).
