It's easy to find people tweeting about positivity and to hear tactics shared about mindfulness. However, I haven't successfully applied these essential concepts to my own life.

The trick is learning how I might become more constructive by squelching some of the poisonous comments I occasionally sputter when facing frustration during the working day.
