The business case for YellowSchedule appeals to me because its dashboard summarises upcoming appointments at a glance and give me an overview of both scheduling messages and client activity. Where I work, we often spot trends about missed appointment to late to respond with corrective actions. Simple use of YellowSchedule would solve a problem I have.
