I STARTED TO PLAY with the #MyABViewNow tag crowd and at first I felt a little outgunned when mixing it up with audiophiles while using just my Windows Phone. Then I realised my Evernote could play the hashtag game.
All most players do is share a hashtagged photo of their current view. Mine are depressingly rain-soaked lately. But I figure some backing audio gives the hashtagged photos some context. So I have started snapping and chatting while hashing stuff. And Evernote on Windows Phone is up to the challenge. I can add photos and audio files to an Evernote, then send both to Audioboo via Boomail. The audio clip and the image then publish both to Audioboo and also on Twitter as embedded content.
This publishing process isn't as fast as a native Audioboo client but it has an added advantage of landing in a shared Evernote folder where a back office team can post produce the flow while using HQ high resolution originals.
