Return of the Circle Site

IT WAS 1997 in the Arthouse of Temple Bar that I made my first circle site with 20 aspiring webmasters (webdevs were only known in places like Spin Solutions). More than 20 years later, I'm creating another iteration with a cohort of creative media students in County Tipperary.
