THANKS TO HELPFUL analytics, I learn how students use the Sharepoint Sites that connect our university academic modules to Microsoft Teams and Moodle.
Big Reveal: Students use our electronic assets before sunrise to rewind academic materials. The screenshot shows (1) students are accessing Sharepoint assets between 2AM and 4AM and (2) there is an upward trend in people using Sharepoint's links to find lecture notes, audio clips, video files, and assessment materials.
However, I have relegated Moodle to being the place where grading templates offer students granularity in assessments. Moodle clearly shows breakdowns in marks. When students want to discuss where they can improve, we either meet under COVID standards or we share screens using Teams.
There's a nice synergy between the Media Writing Sharepoint site I've screencapped and the Web Analytics module.
I was delighted to find images from students a decade ago when I used "web analytics" as my search term. I think it's time to enrichen that Flickr photo group with work in progress from my 2021 cohort. The first contribution of 2021 is a video about using visitor paths when learning about online content.
