WE ARE EXTENDING communal expertise in the realm of pinpoints on a shared map. It means taking a measured step on a path that started with Cauwell pinpoint technology, meandered through both Nokia and Google Maps with social hiking and now involves the iCollab Community of Practise.
I need to unpack all this history and offer it as a slide deck for students in the Limerick School of Art and Design. And most importantly, I want to mark several creative oases as pinpoints on a shared map. Those creative spaces are part of written essays submitted by creative multimedia students. I explain a bit of what I mean in the video clip below.
Essays from my multimedia and animation students will receive the #iCollab treatment in the weeks ahead. Stay tuned for some major eureka moments before Christmas.
